Easy to make teatimebiscuits.

120g (4 oz.) Rolled oats
120g (4 oz.) shredded coconuts*
120g (4 oz.) Butter
2 table spoons Caster sugar
2 table spoons golden syrup / treacle / honey
(*When coconuts is not available, use twice amount of rolled oats.)

Set oven to 170C(350F). Grease a baking tray. Gently heat the butter, sugar, and golden syrup (or honey) together in a pan. Gradually add the rolled oats and coconuts and stir them. Press the mixture into the baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes. While still warm, mark into fingers and leave in the tray to cool.
